We don't charge to give advice but if you wantus to handle a complaint in your behalf, we may charge a fee for the service.
The fee will depend on various aspects of your complaint, and it shall be discussed when we have suficient information. Basically, it will depend on what you consider a satisfactory resolution of your problem.
