Complaint against taxi driver who refuses to pay for damages he caused

LETTER 1 FINAL LETTER:GOING TO COURT

11-02-05

Dear Mr SK

Having received no reply from you, regarding my previous communication dated 24-11-04, I had no other option than going to the County Court. My previous communications referred to the losses you caused  when your taxi hit my bicycle on 3-11-2004, on a pedestrian area inside Sussex University campus.

However, you can stop the legal action at this stage by making a payment immediately (my bank details are below). You can also send a check to the address above. Notice that the payment required has now increased to £ 165, because court fees have been added.

It is in your interest to stop this action now because further charges may incur to you during the legal process.

Yours sincerely

Ricardo Oliveira
